All about the Michel Cluizel Chocolates

Founded and established in the year 1948, Michel Cluizel chocolate is indeed one of the few major cocoa bean processors in the entire world. The French family-owned company develops the close relationships with the premium cocoa growers in the entire South America, Africa and Oceania in the spirit of the sustainable fair trade. The firm has a chocolate factory in Normandy creating the premium chocolates used by more than 6,000 professionals for the pastry, catering and the candy-making worldwide. Cluizel is being assisted by his four children and also employs around 200 people forming a great organization. The famous and popular Michel Cluizel chocolates contain no vegetable fat apart from the cocoa butter and no added flavours or genetically modified organisms. Bourbon vanilla bean is used instead of the vanilla extract and cane sugar replaces the beet sugar. Michel Cluizel chocolates are extensively sold in more than 30 countries, from the top class hotels and restaurants, to speciality retail and gourmet boutiques, department stores, airlines (corporate) and the duty free shops as well. This particular company has a showroom in Paris and shops in New York, London and Riyadh.

Earlier this year, the Guild of Fine Food awarded the two products with one star gold medals in its Great Taste Awards: both the Mangaro 100g dark chocolate bar and the Grand Lait 100g milk chocolate bar. The famous Chocolatier Michel Cluizel will make its debut at the TFWA World Exhibition next month showcasing its extensive full range of the gourmet chocolate products, including the award-winning coffrets and gift boxes.
In the spirit of the sustainable fair trade and extensive distribution, the French family-owned chocolate company very well develops the close relationships with the cocoa growers in the South America, Africa and Oceania as well. The Michel Cluizel chocolate brand is being exported to more than 30 countries and sold in the speciality retail and the gourmet boutiques. Michel Cluizel combines the cream mildness and the cocoa strength with these Ganache manufactured with 85% and 99% cocoa chocolate. The usual Ganache have a lower cocoa content of between 60% and 70%. According to the company, around 85% Ganache reveals the subtle cocoa hints that particularly turn into a taste of mild butter and honey, while 99% of the Ganache unveils the full-bodied cocoa flavours which turn into a final hint of very mild honey.
