Make purchase of chocolate cookies wafers and present it on special events

Chocolate is a processed, typically sweetened food produced from the seed of the tropical Theobroma cacao tree. The cacao beans are dried, cleaned, and roasted after fermentation and the shell is removed to produce cacao nibs, which are then ground to cocoa mass, unadulterated chocolate in coarse form. The cocoa mass is then liquefied before being molded with or without other ingredients; therefore it is called chocolate liquor.

The liquor can also be processed into two components: cocoa solids and cocoa butter. Primarily cocoa solids and cocoa butter in different proportions are a part of unsweetened baking chocolate (bitter chocolate). At present, much of the chocolate consumed is in the form of sweet chocolate, a combination of cocoa solids, cocoa butter or other fat, and sugar. Milk chocolate is sweet chocolate that in addition contains milk powder or condensed milk. White chocolate contains cocoa butter, sugar, and milk but no cocoa solids.

Dating back to the original days of chocolate, it was used as a staple food. Today, a vast number of foodstuffs involving chocolate have been created. In Europe and North America, chocolate chip cookies have become very common. Chocolate is also used in cold and hot beverages such as chocolate milk and hot chocolate.

Chocolate is today widely used for consumption as well as gifting purpose and can be easily found across supermarkets, convenience stores, kiosks and gas stations. Various types of chocolates commonly found in the market are White chocolate, milk chocolate, semisweet chocolate, bittersweet chocolate etc. Some of the well known brands in the chocolate segment are Nestle, Hershey’s, and Rocco Ferrero, Cadbury, Mars and Kraft foods. Most of these brands have roped in film stars and sport stars to endorse their brand.

In the present context, the chocolate industry is a $50 billion industry. Europe alone accounts for 45% of the world’s chocolate revenue. Chocolate giants such as Hershey’s and Mars generate $13-$15 in chocolate sales on a yearly basis. chocolate cookies wafers are very thin, crispy chocolate cookies that are commonly called for when making chocolate crumb crusts and icebox cakes. They have a bittersweet cocoa flavor to them and a very dark, almost black color. The drawback to using these cookies in a recipe is that they tend to be fairly expensive for a small box of cookies.

They are needed in some recipes – such as some icebox cakes that rely on their particular size and shape – but when it comes to chocolate crumb crusts, it is better off to opt for different chocolate cookies to make a crust that ends up being less expensive to produce and just as tasty. Chocolate graham crackers are one option for chocolate crumb crusts, and Oreo wafer cookies (with the cream filling removed) can also be crushed into excellent chocolate crumbs.
