Chocolate Ghirardelli- Favourite of everyone!

As ingredients in some of recipes across the globe, chocolate is favorite to everybody, but cocoa powder and chocolate chips are also becoming favorite. In comparison to a baking chocolate, they hold their shape because they have less cocoa butter. As they are soft and melt easily, chocolate chip are usually not used in baking. In some sweets, ice cream, or deserts chocolate are also used for decoration purpose. By a number of producers as well as by some of finest chocolate houses, chocolate are manufactured. Grown in pods on the cacao tree Scharffen berger chocolate is derived from cocoa beans. The nibs are ground to extract 75% of the cocoa butter from it, then the left over dark brown paste called as chocolate liquor, these beans are fermented, dried, roasted and cracked. Rest of it is grounded into powder after that it is dried again. That is known as cocoa powder. In addition with cocoa liquor and cocoa butter, cocoa powder is required in making of a chocolate. Just a waste product till the time chocolate was produced in early times cocoa powder was used as main product and cocoa butter. Benefitting health, chocolate contains many vital nutrients. It has large amount of antioxidants and lesser calories to it. The Natural cocoas are high in flavonoids which are found in some of the vegetable and fruits it contains several minerals like calcium, sodium, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, zinc etc.
